It has long been the policy of the Oakleigh HOA to sponsor two official garage sales each year (one in the Spring and another in the Fall) and to prohibit separate garage sales at other times during the year. There are four parking spaces next to the Club House. There is also a sign in front of those spaces which reads: “CLUB HOUSE PARKING ONLY” - indicating that those spaces are reserved for residents using the Club House.
