ACC Approval Required for Exterior Modifications – No Exceptions!

Don Keck - 6/4/2010

It has long been rumored that there are a number of exceptions to the requirement that homeowners must request ACC approval for any improvements to the exterior of their property. This has created a great deal of confusion which has resulted in some homeowners undertaking exterior improvements without ACC approval. The fact is that there are no such exceptions. No document exists anywhere in the Oakleigh HOA files which authorizes any exceptions to this requirement.

If you park a vehicle in your driveway you are advised to lock it and not to leave anything valuable inside. The Common Property is not a Bathroom for Dogs

Don Keck - 5/14/2010

Please do not walk your dogs on the common property and allow them to urinate on the lawn. The grass in front of the Club House and along side the Pool is covered with dead spots caused by dog urine. We all pay a good deal of money to maintain the common property. Please do not squander it by turning the common areas into a bathroom for dogs.
